A concept born during the making of the issue #2 of UNTIL DEATH fanzine, written and produced by She Lost Kontrol and FLUX.
Noise Ausstellung name courtesy of the UNTIL DEATH members.
The concept of Noise Ausstellung was inspired by our personal experiences in the world of art and especially by the "GIACOMETTI NAUMAN" exhibition, held at Schirn Kunsthalle in Frankfurt in 2016-2017.
Experiencing exhibitions for more than a decade influenced us in putting in relation artists sharing common themes, styles and topics in the same way curators organize their exhibitions.
Until now, the result has been a series of articles focusing on a specific theme, in which artists, labels or styles are put in relation, resulting in expressing the zeitgeist of our music.
Noise Ausstellung is conceived as a multimedia release comprised of different elements:
The tape, the video element (which will be soon available) and the Noise Ausstellung website.
The Noise Ausstellung website features extra visual contents enriching the concept of the release with new elements, in the attempt to break the World Wide Web rules with a critical approach towards the language adopted by the Web. Both the digital and the physical release give you access to the credentials needed to experience the website.
Noise Ausstellung can be considered as another metaphor of the connections which are at the basis of the concept of FLUX Musical Art and FLUX Webzine. This release features collaborations with the project Nullam Rem Natam, with the American videomaker, graphic designer and fanzine writer Temple Ov Saturn, with the Italian videoartist Eleonora Roaro and with Erminio Granata (11xxx27, 1/2 of Hyperlacrimae, Infidel Bodies).
FLUX is:
Alessandro "FLUX" Violante
Davide Pappalardo
Melissa Lynne Strain
Countermeasures Electronics
Richard Fowler
